Imperial Stout with Diner Coffee, Smoked Sea Salt, Toasted Texas Pecans, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Mexican Vanilla Beans I am never sure I will return from space. Lost here I am convoluted, living among non-sequitous curiosities. The vision is unclear, the canvas unclean. Things that dance upon backgrounds are infestations of my projections. A commitment to thought is a foolish meandering of rationality. And I am here merely as a function of physical matter. No longer a figment of sentient thought. There is a pathway to purity. Under the breaks in the rusted tin and through the splits in the wood, you too shall see it. To paint this portrait for you we blended 3 varied-age Imperial Stouts and conditioned them with appropriate Methodical Coffee, Maplewood smoked sea salt, house-toasted southern pecans, maple syrup, and cinnamon. We then added a Mexican vanilla beans aged briefly in a small bourbon cask. The crossroads of consciousness brings forward a morning cup of coffee with a fresh pack of smokes, warm Texas pecan pie, topped in vanilla whipped cream, and all the boilermaker accommodation you require.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine with Rum-Soaked Orange Zest, Banana, Bourbon-Soaked Vanilla Bean, and Sea Salt I once stewarded this mission. To the place where logic goes to die. No grand revelation waits beyond the threshold. No hidden architecture explains the suffering, the beauty, or the particularly machinery of our existence. There lay a certain morbid comfort there. So I return upon occasion for another fix. A collaboration with Sgraffito Beer for Burnpile 2026. A Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine conditioned upon rum-soaked orange zest, banana, bourbon-soaked vanilla, and sea salt. Offering notes of banana old-fashioned with a caramel drizzle and garnished with orange peel.

The world is large, but the boundaries are small. Some people are creative, and some just follow. the reason we have rules and laws is to protect our creativity. Once confronted with a problem, we must solve them. It may be a big bold move like our collaboration IPA or it may be something small, but it's always worth the effort.
