What counts as a late-night brewery in Charlotte
Charlotte is an early city by taproom standards. A large share of breweries here call it a night at 9pm or 10pm, especially in NoDa and South End, where the crowd skews toward after-work rather than after-dark. That is why this page draws the line at 10pm rather than somewhere later: if the threshold were 11pm, most of the useful answers would be missing from the list.
