Eleven Lakes Brewing Company opened its doors in June 2017 in Cornelius, NC (Lake Norman area). The brewery's roots are deeply embedded in homebrew culture - owners Jack and Ray began their journey in summer 2007 with a simple desire to make great beer. Their attention to detail and high standards remain constant. The mission is to brew exceptional craft beer in hopes of providing opportunities to bring others together in a celebration of life and community. Utilizing a small batch process allows them to focus on quality ingredients and stay true to their roots. The rustic taproom features creative décor with varnished cable spools for tables and a comfortable, quiet outdoor seating area.
