Out of the Jurassic Jungle of Juice comes an apex predator with the vicious intent of slaying your palate. Death Raptor Killer IPA's zesty, citrus fruit aroma lures you into the glassful of sweet, sweet surrender. Flavors of tangerine and grapefruit mingle with the malt backbone of pilsner, oat, and wheat. This IPA appears pleasant, but you may never escape its delicious grip.

A tart, fruity sour beer. After souring to a delightfully tart level, we add blackberry juice and lemon zest to enhance and balance the flavor. The juice gives this beer a pink hue. The perfect blend of sweet and sour, Dr. Robot is a refreshing year-round sipper.

American style cream ale. Light bodied and crisp golden and refreshing, this is our lightest beer and is the ale version of an American pilsner using classic noble hops. Cotton was one of the most important commodities in North Carolina for over a century. The textile industry it spawned was the principal economic driver behind our brewery’s location of Gibson Mill, part of the famed Cannon Mills. The economics, culture, and even the calendar of the entire region were driven by the engine of the looms. We are thrilled to be able to honor that legacy of hard work and enterprise with Cabarrus Cotton Blonde Ale.

American Double IPA

Long after the footsteps have vanished. They linger in the architecture. Rising from the floorboards like something needing to be remembered. The final confessions of someone refusing to be forgotten. Something to refresh your soul throughout our Burnpile 2026 festivities. A table beer offered in collaboration with Sgraffito Beer. Mashed with spelt and flaked rye. Fermented with house saison yeast, hopped with Cashmere, and conditioned upon jasmine flower and lemon verbena.

An American style Red Ale brewed with English Maris Otter malt and traditional English yeast. Finished with American hops for a malty, and slightly floral body.

Our take on an Irish classic, this stout is full-bodied with a roast-y, slightly chocolatey taste and crisp finish.

Nose is loaded with Belgian yeast character of banana and clove with an equally fruity body balanced with a light, earthy hop character. Savor notes of orange and spice followed by a dry finish.

Light Lager

A righteous revelation in our truth. Set adrift on the river of refreshment. This throwback American wonder was concocted from our memories, and the curiosity for the light lagers that laid waiting in our parents' fridge. Brewed with North American barley, corn and rice and lagered carefully, this lager is meant to enjoy all summer long.

American Brown Ale

Modelo Noche Especial is a special imported Amber/Red Lager brewed to make holiday moments of togetherness, tradition and celebration even brighter. Inspired by Noche Buena, Mexico’s cherished Christmas Eve celebration, this Mexican beer is crafted for gathering with family and friends at any celebration this season. This full-flavored amber beer has a rich color and delivers a toasted caramel malt flavor balanced by subtle hops for a taste that’s both festive and refreshing. 5.7% ABV.

Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish.

Foudre-Aged Mexican-Style Lager. Made with pale pilsner with a touch of Vienna and Munich malt, fermented bone dry, and aged in our American oak foudre.

Broadly refreshing and highly sessionable featuring a pale golden hue, light body, and minimal bitterness. This beer is exceptionally drinkable and perfect for a Carolina summer.
