Methodology
Prices are sampled weekly from menus/taps at Charlotte-area breweries via scripts/record-daily-prices.ts and stored as a time series (currently 10595 recorded snapshots). The citywide average reflects 562 beers with a verified price across 25 breweries with 3+ priced beers at the time of the last build. Closed or inactive breweries are excluded. This page rebuilds every 6 hours; the trend chart covers the full recorded history. Figures are cross-checked against /price-stats, which is generated from the same underlying dataset.
