This family-owned brewery opened in May 2023 in downtown Huntersville, transforming the former police headquarters into an inviting 8,000-square-foot taproom and production facility. Led by father-son duo Wagner and Trey Ramsey, 760 Craft Works has become a neighborhood gathering spot with both indoor seating and an expansive outdoor area complete with umbrellas, string lights, misting fans, and green space. The brewery sits at the head of the Downtown Huntersville Greenway, making it perfectly positioned for foot traffic. The name references Lake Norman's elevation at full pond—760 feet above sea level.

Founded in 2015 by Phil Buchy and Newton Craver, Legion Brewing has grown from a neighborhood brewery in Plaza Midwood to become one of Charlotte's largest craft breweries. The original location occupies a former sheet music factory building, paying homage to its history with vintage signage and framed sheet music covers. In 2022, Legion opened their 17,000-square-foot production facility in West Charlotte (formerly Mitchum Potato Chip factory), featuring a state-of-the-art Braukon brewing system capable of producing 100,000 barrels annually. Each location has its own character—Plaza Midwood offers the original cozy taproom with skyline views, SouthPark provides elevated dining in Capitol Towers, and West Morehead features a biergarten with brick oven pizzas.

NoDa Brewing Company opened in 2011 as one of Charlotte's first craft breweries, named after the North Davidson Street bohemian and artistic neighborhood. Founded by owner Todd Ford, whose flagship IPA Hop Drop 'N Roll began as his homebrew recipe. In 2014, just three years after opening, Hop Drop 'N Roll won World Beer Cup Gold Award in the competition's largest category, propelling NoDa onto the national stage. This recognition led to rapid expansion from a 15BBL brewhouse in NoDa neighborhood to a 60BBL brewhouse in North End. NoDa also opened a taproom at Charlotte Douglas International Airport in 2018, featuring the Layover Lager created specifically for travelers. The family and dog-friendly brewery features large beer garden and patio space, with a range of beer styles ensuring everyone 21+ can find something they enjoy. NoDa Run Club meets Wednesday and Sunday, and the brewery hosts monthly charity roundups and 'You Drink, We Donate' nights supporting local charities.

In summer 2021, they purchased a building in downtown Mount Holly, and in spring 2022, the brewery moved home to Mount Holly. The name 'Traust' comes from Old Norse meaning 'trust' - Vikings used it to describe a central gathering place with fire, beer, mead, and friends where no fighting was allowed ('leave your axe at the door!'). The brewpub offers elevated food with a Nordic flair, craft beers, wine, cocktails, ciders, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Located in the heart of Mount Holly with parking behind the building, Traust hosts unique events including plant swaps, Girls Night Out, oyster roasts, and even Extreme Dwarfinators Wrestling.
