Led by father-son duo Wagner and Trey Ramsey, 760 Craft Works has become a neighborhood gathering spot with both indoor seating and an expansive outdoor area complete with umbrellas, string lights, misting fans, and green space. Cabarrus Brewing Company, founded in 2015, is the first full-scale craft brewery in Concord and Cabarrus County. Located in Concord's historic Gibson Mill—a building that once served as the finished goods warehouse for Gibson Manufacturing Company and part of Cannon Mills Plant 6—the brewery melts local history, character, and traditions with locally produced craft beer. Traust Brewing is a veteran and woman-owned family-run brewpub that brewed its first beer in fall 2020 from a small Charlotte warehouse. In summer 2021, they purchased a building in downtown Mount Holly, and in spring 2022, the brewery moved home to Mount Holly. The name 'Traust' comes from Old Norse meaning 'trust' - Vikings used it to describe a central gathering place with fire, beer, mead, and friends where no fighting was allowed ('leave your axe at the door!'). Founded in 2019 by Larry and Ginger Griffin, Royal Bliss Brewing is a family-owned and operated brewery in Denver, NC, just outside Huntersville. Built on the philosophy that 'in life & beer, balance is bliss,' the brewery strives to be refined yet approachable, experimental yet not ridiculous. Head Brewer Chris, a Navy veteran and chemistry degree holder, developed the entire beer, cider, and seltzer programs from scratch. The stunning two-story mass-timber and CLT (cross-laminated timber) facility features elevated bar fare, outstanding views of the brew tanks, extensive outdoor seating, and live music. They're deeply committed to community service, donating over $22,000 to local charities through their Thursday 'Gratitude Nights' in just their first nine months.

King Canary Brewing Company opened in May 2018 in a beautifully remodeled 4,500-square-foot multi-story home overlooking a cove of Lake Norman. Founded by Matt and Andrea Gravina, who left their Florida corporate careers to pursue their dream of opening a family-friendly microbrewery, the brewery quickly made an impact on the Lake Norman area. Tragically, Matt unexpectedly passed away in August 2019, less than a year and a half after opening. With tremendous support from the community, family, and staff, Andrea persevered and has grown the brewery into a thriving business. The converted house features multiple rooms with vintage arcade games, board games, a kids' playroom upstairs, and a deck overlooking the lake. Known for approachable, highly drinkable beers across many styles, especially IPAs and fruited sours.

The 9,500 square foot brewery and restaurant in Charlotte's Lower South End features authentic German architectural details, design touches, and millwork, all centered around a German-made brewhouse with Caspary copper kettles and stainless steel fermenting tanks.
