Red Buffalo Brewing Company was born in garages with a few batches of homebrew and a love for the craft of brewing. Founded on a passion for high-quality, flavorful craft beer and the belief that the best pints are shared with good company, Red Buffalo chose to create a brewery in a non-conventional manner with a cool, funky vibe where atmosphere and live music are as important as the beer they serve. The brewery utilizes fresh ingredients and embraces both innovative and old-world styles of beer, with selections changing seasonally like a farmer's table. Brewing in small batches allows them to maintain consistency while experimenting with variations. The eclectic, inviting space features a bar built from natural wood including local Cedar, Blood Wood from Central America, and Angelim Pedra from Brazil. Many design elements were salvaged from local old buildings, thrift stores, yard sales, flea markets, and even curb finds and dumpster dives, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability. Red Buffalo welcomes both oxford shirts and dirty shorts, creating a place where new and old friends share a table and pint. The brewery has two outdoor areas and hosts live bands regularly.
