Avogadro's Hop is our brand new west coast IPA. This beer was brewed with Citra, Simcoe, CTZ and Cascade hops. Then it was dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Cascade hops. This hop forward IPA packs just the right amount of bitter, piney and fruity flavors!

A Hazy Cloudy IPA Double Dry Hopped with Ekuanot and Simcoe Hops. This IPA is one of our "In Your Face" IPA's. This brew has a nice bitterness with a great dank Piney finish.

A Hazy IPA brewed with orange peel and Double Dry Hopped with Citra. This beer is one of our staples. Easy to drink, not too bitter, and great notes of Citrus.

When the fictional South Carolina town of Cotton Springs is plagued by a gigantic mutant bullfrog, a trio of local pals take it upon themselves to hunt the creature down. Once on their quest however, they encounter adversaries even more dangerous then their monstrous man-eating quarry. This special release brew is hazy as a swamp with low bitterness and a "hop" punch of Mosaic, Azzaca, Citra, and El Dorado.

We are not saying that we don't enjoy a good NE style beer when we visit a local bar or brewery, but there is a lot of talk about pushing the style over the line, so we brewed a beer about it. We are over the fabricated haze that is not part of the natural brewing process.

Higher Ground, our first high gravity offering, is a classic West Coast IPA style, with a hearty dose of Cascade hops to create a delicious citrusy flavor and aroma. We also include specialty crystal malts to give the beer it's unique caramel color and firm malt foundation. It's noticeable bitterness is balanced by a subtle caramel background to make for an easy drinking IPA.

Bright hop aromatics and juicy notes make Paradise City IPA perfect for all seasons. A light malt bill and pleasant bitterness provide a clean finish and well-balanced flavor. It's our version of paradise in a pint glass.

They say to never tether your heart to a memory. That's a fixation you might never shake. Unless you weave it into the fibers of who you've become. An idea we borrowed, from the apex of adoration. A collaboration with Altamont Beer Works, whose Maui Waui IPA was the inspiration for our beloved Surf Wax, many moons ago. Brewed with an irrational dose of Mosaic and Citra, and an echo of Simcoe and CTZ. Double-dry hopped equally heavy doses of Mosaic, Citra and Cryo.

Medium bodied, copper colored ale. Sweet maltiness provides the backbone for aggressive additions of American hops. This allows the citrus, floral and piney flavors for which this style is known to shine through.

A bright, clear, old school west coast style IPA brewed with CTZ, Talus, and Centennial hops. We get notes of grapefruit and resin with a nice crisp finish.

With a clean, crisp malt backbone, this approachable IPA lets its hops take center stage. The blend of Columbus and Amarillo hops creates a perfect balance of floral and citrus notes, offering a refreshing yet harmonious flavor profile.

Leaving Town is a classic American IPA brewed to be bold, crisp and unapologetically hoppy at 7%. Built with Cascade, Chinook, Idaho 7 CGX and Chinook Incognito, it delivers layered notes of pine, grapefruit zest and resin up front, followed by hints of tropical fruit and subtle dankness.

Spruce Willis is a 6.4% American IPA built on Chinook and Cascade, layered with bright spruce tips for a resin kissed pine character that feels like fresh mountain air in a glass.

Our annual Christmas beer, Underwood IPA is brewed with Chinook, Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. This American India Pale Ale pays homage to the iconic California IPAs of the mid-aughts while expressing our own Keepsake character. Bright pine, resin, and grapefruit lead the way, supported by hints of orange peel, soft florality, and a clean, snappy bitterness.

Out of the Jurassic Jungle of Juice comes an apex predator with the vicious intent of slaying your palate. Death Raptor Killer IPA's zesty, citrus fruit aroma lures you into the glassful of sweet, sweet surrender. Flavors of tangerine and grapefruit mingle with the malt backbone of pilsner, oat, and wheat. This IPA appears pleasant, but you may never escape its delicious grip.

Slap Fight will woo you in with a West Coast-style malt bill, but slaps you across the face with its tropical hop profile. Light in body, heavy in character, this IPA features Munich and Crystal pale malts for a clean, rich mouthfeel. Comet, Equinox and Mosaic hops lend a pungent herbal aroma, peppered with hints of papaya, orange and grapefruit.

Blending seven different hops, this dry hopped IPA will blow your mind with a citrusy flavor and bittering back end. The notion of this beer was to create a simple grain blend to give the hops a stage on which to become the stars.

5.56 is our IPA. We spent a lot of time developing this beer and it will not disappoint. We broke with the trend of west coast breweries and returned to the IPA's roots to develop a traditional English IPA. Yet like all our beers, we put an American stamp on it to ensure no one mistakes it for anything other than a great American Beer. Using English malts, bittering hops and yeast one might almost think it's like beers from across the pond. Armory Beer makes every single beer we brew distinctly their own and we do this with a massive dose of Yakima Valley's newest experimental hop to add our American twist to this popular style.

Made in honor of our local firefighters and named after MPFD Engine #2. Loads of oats and hefty doses of Bravo and Falconers Flight hops yield a medium bodied, yet crisp IPA.

We brewed this special IPA to commemorate the establishment of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. We incorporated Maine-grown barley and wheat, along with generous amounts of hops with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus, reminiscent of the outdoors.
