New Sarum Brewing Company was founded in early 2012 as a successful nano-brewery in the heart of Salisbury. The brewery derives its name from 'Old Sarum,' the original settlement name of Salisbury's Sister City in England. Their brewing philosophy centers on refashioning historical methods to create consistently high-quality handcrafted beer in an 'old meets new' style using modern ingredients. Each recipe begins with studying an individual beer style's history, searching for proven and tested traditional methods to create the foundation, then finding new ways to develop each beer's unique flavor.
