Founded in December 2011 by husband-and-wife team Chris and Tara Goulet along with Conor Robinson, Birdsong Brewing Company has become Charlotte's destination for culinary-inspired, super-fresh, unfiltered American-style ales and lagers. Located in the North Davidson (NoDa) Arts District, this neighborhood brewery embodies the #CanDoWillDo philosophy. The 30-barrel brewhouse features a raised outdoor patio, indoor taproom with 20 taps, and free peanuts throughout the space. Charlotte's third-oldest brewery was the first in the Queen City to embrace solar power, installing a 75-kilowatt array in 2018. Known for their weekly 'Thursty Thursday' small-batch experimental releases.
