Fruited Sour is a tart, often brightly colored beer soured during fermentation (with bacteria like lactobacillus, or a kettle-souring process) and then loaded with real or purée fruit -- raspberry, mango, blueberry, guava, and combinations thereof are common. The base beer is usually light-bodied and low in bitterness so the tartness and fruit read clearly, typically 4-6% ABV. It's the fruit-forward, dessert-adjacent end of the sour category, distinct from drier, more traditionally tart sours (Gose, Berliner Weisse) that skip the fruit addition entirely.
