North Carolina apples from Davis & Son Orchard in Lawndale were naturally fermented in oak barrels for 4 months with native yeast before being racked to steel upon blueberries previously used by Burial Beer to produce a sour beer. Aged for 1 week and then racked to a packaging tank. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Draft only. Magenta in color, effervescent, and possessing notes of strawberry lemonade, bubble gum, and apple slices coated in blue fun dip.

With depth, complexity and a beautiful hue derived from strawberry and black currant. This cider has subtle hints of fruit and floral aromatics on the nose. The tannin from the black currant help balance the slight sweetness and acidity for a smooth semi-dry finish.
