When you're really stuck, it's 77 South. Our Hoppy Pale Ale is brewed with German Pilsner Malt, Caracrystal Wheat Malt, and Oats. Slightly bitterer with German Magnum and Amarillo Hops, then lightly dry hopped with a newer hop variety, Idaho 7.

This batch is a first exposition of some of our 2021 select hops. As always, made with Barley and Oats and fermented with West Coast yeast. This time we double dry-hopped with hand-selected Citra, Nelson, and Simcoe. Expect a more tropical selection of mango jujubes, lychee sorbet, and tropical skittles.
This pale ale is brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of vienna malt for a easy drinking base. We dry hopped with Huell Melon and added a dose of west coast hopzoil into the finishing tank. this 4.5% crusher is light, with a little dankness and notes of melon.

Brewed with our friends at Sustain Charlotte this American Pale Ale is just what you need after a long bike ride. Pouring a clear and clean straw color, medium bitterness and lovely aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and lime. Dry hopped with Galaxy, Citra, Motueka and Motueka Cryo hops.
A Light Ale brewed with an all American grain bill, and bright hops from New Zealand. Notes of citrus, white grape, and gooseberries on the nose, with a clean ale finish.
American Pale Ale is IPA's lower-key sibling: the same family of citrusy, piney American hops (Cascade is the style's defining variety) but dialed back in both bitterness and strength, typically 5-5.5% ABV against an IPA's 6-7%. It has a fuller malt presence than an IPA so the hops read as balanced rather than dominant, making it a lighter, more sessionable everyday beer while still being clearly hop-forward rather than malt-forward. Think of it as the style IPA grew out of, still brewed today as the gentler option next to it on the same tap wall.
