For the first time ever, the US Steinholding Association is hosting a combined State Championship event with both North Carolina AND South Carolina venues, and we're hosting the combined Steinholding Championship Finals of The Carolinas on Saturday October 17th, 2026 at 6:00pm at Gilde Brewery in Charlotte, NC!

When can you get $3 beers? Every W3dnesday, cool off with our crisp Pilsener cans for just $3 —perfect for beating the heat without breaking the bank!

The new year always brings new goals and aspirations. If yours is to run the world, come to Gilde and at least run a part of it with our run club that takes off on Wednesdays at 6:30PM. We’ll have 1, 3, and 5-mile routes to keep it simple, and runners will have the opportunity to share a beer after. Anyone of any level—running, walking, or crawling—is invited out! A team-based twist on an adult spelling game, where friends race to out-spell other table teams for laughs and prizes. Game begins at 7:00 p.m. at Gilde Brewery, 3530 Dewitt Lane, Charlotte, NC 28217. Admission is free; space is limited to 12 teams.

Think fast, drink slow. Our weekly trivia night is your chance to show off your smarts while sipping on some of the best bier in Charlotte. Join us every Thursday at 7 PM for a fun, laid-back competition where the questions are clever, the prizes are solid, and the beer is always cold.

On Fridays, swing by after work for Big Frank Fridays! Grab a tasty frank for only $3 from 4–7PM. Make it full German with the addition of sauerkraut for $.50 more!

Join us every Saturday for our weekly steinholding competition. Tutorial at 5:30PM before the competition kicks off at 6PM sharp. Winners throughout the season battle for a trip to Helen, GA; the ultimate winner is decided the last Saturday in October.

Make Tuesdays a family night at Gilde Brewery! Kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entrée, so bring the whole crew, grab a bier for you and soda for them, and enjoy dinner together!

Spend the day in the taproom or out on the patio with $5 draft beers, $5 mimosas, and our signature $1 wings special with a minimum order of 10 wings and a choice of up to two sauces. The food special is available for dine-in only, while supplies last.
