Our non-alcoholic West Coast IPA is a tribute to our back yard and its rich history of making damn good beers. Its Cascade hops are an ode to the beers that started the IPA revolution. With depth, complexity and a beautiful hue derived from strawberry and black currant. This cider has subtle hints of fruit and floral aromatics on the nose. The tannin from the black currant help balance the slight sweetness and acidity for a smooth semi-dry finish.

The complement to the Hazy had to be easy-drinking, approachable, and low calorie, yet full of flavor and authenticity. We used a combination of Cologne and Pilsner malts and Hallertau Traditional hops to create a refreshingly complex Kolsch-style ale. Its sturdy caramel malt flavor is perfectly balanced by the citrusy hops, leaving a bright and crisp finish. The quintessential embodiment of "ALL DAY. EVERY DAY."

Brewed in collaboration with Vitamin Sea Brewing. This coconut key lime pie inspired pastry Berliner was brewed with vibrant key lime, and flaked coconut. It was then hit with creamy vanilla, tons of marshmallow and rich graham cracker to bring it full circle. Kick back, relax and let this tropical treat alter your perception and transport you to a breezy Key West beach. Hemingway would approve.

This decadent imperial stout was heavily dosed with vanilla, cocoa nibs and Glide, our specialty whole bean coffee blend from Magnolia Coffee Co. during secondary. The result is a tantalizingly thick, jet-black beer with a sweet, battery tiramisu flavor explosion.

This year's release of Comfort in Darkness has been resting for 48 months in Woodford Reserve Double-Oaked barrels for a thick, luxurious sipper of a stout. We're presenting it two ways - one, straight up so you can savor the magic of the barrel; the other, with a balanced addition of coffee and vanilla for a touch of complexity that develops as you explore each glass. This stout is a centerpiece of all we do, and we are so excited for you to taste its latest iteration.
