Edge City Brewery opened in April 2020 on Monroe Road in Charlotte, becoming one of the first breweries in the area. Operating a 3-barrel brewhouse, this allows them to maintain a diverse variety of styles on tap at all times. The brewery features a bright, open taproom filled with plants and colorful furniture, along with an expansive fenced-in patio perfect for families and friends to spread out. Beyond beer, they offer wine, cider, ginger beer, seltzers, and a variety of non-alcoholic options and snacks. Edge City is a community-focused brewery hosting weekly events including run clubs, trivia nights, and rotating food trucks.
