Cold IPAs are a relatively new beer style originating from the Northwest and aiming to be "wester" than your average West Coast IPA. Wardour Cold IPA is dry, firmly bitter, very pale beer that delivers powerful hop aromas atop a clean, simple malt base. It relies on a lager yeast, but is fermented at higher temperatures than a normal lager giving it a rich, clean flavor.
