The name represents Craft, Community, and Charlotte - values that guide everything they do. Their rustic-themed brewery features both a main taproom and a Barrel Room event space across the street. Triple C operates a 15-barrel brewhouse and a 7-barrel system in the barrel room, plus two 15-barrel foeders for aged beers. Izzy's Wood Fired Kitchen, their permanent on-site food truck, consistently produces some of the best food in Charlotte with a perfect 100 sanitation grade.
