Buzzed Viking Brewing Company is the first combination of a brewery and meadery ever established in Cabarrus County and one of the few in the country. Founded in 2019 by Mike Moroe (retired Wells Fargo engineer and longtime homebrewer) and Jon Pokorny, this veteran and minority-owned establishment specializes in traditional Norwegian meads alongside craft beers, ciders, and wines. With over 25 years of brewing experience, they produce some of the highest quality honey wine in North Carolina using local honey and organic ingredients. The Concord location is housed inside Copperfield Market with spacious indoor and outdoor seating, a full-service kitchen featuring artisan pizzas, and live entertainment all weekend.
