Noontide is a single decocted Czech pale lager brewed for balance, clarity and drinkability, hopped exclusively with 100% Saaz. It pours a bright golden hue with a dense white head, opening with soft bready malt character and a gentle hint of honeyed sweetness from the decoction mash.
