Jejune Peach- Brewed with 50/50 pilsener malt & malted white wheat with a two hours step mash. This is a traditional German style Hefeweizen with a Small(Jejune) amount of Peach. The subtle sweetness of fresh peach puree pairs perfectly with esters of banana and clove(Gluten Reduced/Lactose Free). This beer benefits the local Harrisburg YMCA.
